超深小井眼地层测试工艺技术研究及应用

Abstract: With the exploration and development going deeper, a large number of ultra-deep silmholes have been drilled in Sichuan Basin. In view of the difficulties in the formation testing in ultra-deep slimholes, two sets of ultra-deep slimhole formation test strings and ultra-deep slimhole cable-conveyed bridge plug sealing technology were formed by using optimum tubing string combination, optimized function and processfor the test strings, matching pressure controlled testing tools and high temperature and high pressure cable bridge plugs. And corresponding procedures and measures were worked out respectively. The field application shows that this formation testing technology for ultra-deep silmholes can guarantee successful formation testing with 5 " thick-wall string in 41 /2" slimholes, which provides technical support for the exploration and development of deep gas reservoirs.

摘要: 随着勘探开发向纵深发展,四川盆地钻成大批超深小井眼井,试油测试面临巨大挑战。针对超深小井眼地层测试难点,通过油管柱组合、测试管柱功能及工艺优化、配套小井眼用压控式测试工具和高温高压电缆桥塞,最终形成两套超深小井眼地层测试管柱及超深小井眼电缆桥塞封闭技术,根据两套管柱所适用的不同工况以及功能上的区别,分别制定了工艺措施,现场应用情况表明,形成的超深小井眼地层测试工艺技术,能够保障127 mm厚壁及 Ø114.3mm小井眼井试油测试作业顺利完成,为深部气藏的勘探开发提供了技术支撑。
